On April 23, 2026, the KINPA (KINPA General Membership Seminar) was grandly held in Sokcho. As an active member of the KINPA association, Li & N IP actively participated in this KINPA seminar.

Keynote Speech & Special Session
During the seminar, Ms. Li Yingyan, Founder and Head of Li & N IP, was invited to deliver a high-impact keynote speech titled "Strategies for Chinese Patent Filing: Insights from Invalidation and Litigation Practices in China."
Drawing on key case studies, she conducted an in-depth analysis of Chinese patent examination rules, key points for invalidation defense, and litigation risks. The Korea Intellectual Property Association (KINPA) is a highly influential and authoritative IP industry organization in South Korea. Since its establishment in 2008, the association has brought together over 300 member companies, establishing itself as a leading representative body in South Korea's IP field. Its annual General Membership Seminar is a benchmark event for the intellectual property community in Asia and globally, bringing together elites from various sectors to discuss cooperation blueprints and conduct in-depth research and joint innovation across the entire IP spectrum.
