She possesses substantial practical experience in patent prosecution, reexamination, and invalidation proceedings before the five major patent offices: China, Japan, South Korea, the United States, and Europe. Ms. Wu has redrafted hundreds of patent prosecutions for several well-known Japanese and South Korean multinational corporations and has proactively managed corresponding global patent amendments based on these refined filings. She is frequently designated by key clients to lead their core and high-stakes patent cases. Ms. Wu provides professional advisory services to numerous leading enterprises on patent specification drafting and optimization, application strategy, and invalidation and litigation tactics.
She prepares infringement analysis and invalidity evaluation reports for globally renowned corporations and has successfully conducted patent mining for the Chinese legal entities and R&D centers of multinational companies, providing specialized training for inventors and intellectual property personnel. Beyond her rich practical experience, Ms. Wu conducts in-depth comparative research on the patent systems of key jurisdictions and maintains a profound study of litigation precedents in the United States, Japan, and China. She is regularly invited by domestic and foreign patent offices, prominent intellectual property associations, and global enterprises to deliver lectures on topics including patent prosecution strategy, specification enhancement, invalidation response techniques, infringement litigation, evidence strategy in litigation, and damage assessment. Ms. Wu served as a principal translator for the Japanese edition of the seminal intellectual property work "Detailed Explanation of China's Patent Law" (by Yin Xintian), published in 2015, primarily responsible for translating content related to patent infringement litigation.
