Ms. Feng has a solid professional knowledge in mechanical, electronic device, and material, with over ten years of extensive patent practical experience. Her technical fields include display, semiconductor device, sensor, LED, household appliance, papermaking equipment, connector, computer device, and composite material, etc. Ms. Feng handled thousands of Chinese patent applications for many well-known foreign companies. She provided professional services for well-known Chinese companies dealing with international patent prosecutions and handled hundreds of US and European patent prosecutions. Ms. Feng not only has extensive experience in patent practice, but also conducted deep research on differences in patent system and practice between China, Europe and the U.S.
Ms. Feng has not only made profound achievements in patent prosecutions, but also represented dozens of patent invalidation, infringement litigation, and administrative litigation cases. She has a rich practical experience in the determination of rights and rights protection practices. Meanwhile, Ms. Feng specializes in patent practical training for companies concerning patent practice including patent mining, patent layout, application strategy, patent draft skill, infringement determination, invalidation and litigation strategy, etc. in combination with patent rights protection practice experience.
