Ms. Li has been deeply involved in new application draft, office action response, reexamination and invalidation for many years. Her technical fields cover communication, electronic, computer, semiconductor, internet, 5G, etc. She has provided professional service for large-scale company such as Huawei, China Mobile, Datang, ZTE, BOE, Gree, Xiaomi, Leshi, Electric Power Research Institute, Dahua, Tianma, Watchdata, etc.
Ms. Li was assessed as Huawei Certified agent in 2013, and responsible for domestic and PCT application for research direction of wireless communication, terminal, data communication, semiconductor material, 5G, etc. as core staff of Huawei group. Ms. Li provides services including draft of patent application documents, response to Office Action, filing reexamination, and patent invalidation. Ms. Li drafted more than 300 patent prosecutions and completed a large number of responses to OA and responses to reexamination for Huawei for years. She keeps track of most of the cases, such as cases with respect to communication standards. Ms. Li handled a large number of important cases, central cases and urgent cases as a core member of the Huawei 5G drafting group and drafted the largest number of urgent cases in Huawei group of the company headquarters in 2017. In addition to patent prosecutions, Ms. Li undertakes technical guidance of patent mining for enterprises.
