Mr. Yu has studied and worked in Japan for many years. With more than thirteen years of practical experience in patent agency, he has deep comprehension and study in laws and regulations related to intellectual property, especially in the differences between patent laws of China, Japan and Korea. As a senior patent attorney, Mr. Yu handled a large number of cases of patent prosecution, patent reexamination, announcement of invalidation, and intellectual property infringement dispute for many leading Japanese enterprises such as TOYOTA, Yamaha Motor, Bridgestone, KYOCERA, EPSON, Olympus, UNICHARM, KYB, etc., and accumulated rich practical experience in technical and legal aspects.
Mr. Yu also well knows about Japanese and Korean cultures, especially the culture of Japanese enterprises, research and development in design concept, quality management, and so on. In practical work, he always pays more attention to viewing problems from the perspective of customers.
