Her business scope covers each phase from application to registration and other agency businesses. Wherein, agency business of Xiaomi and BOE includes application cases towards U.S.A., Europe, Japan, South Korea, India and other countries, covering intermediary disposal, reexamination, invalidation and other types of business.
She has not only rich experience in patent agency business but also actively engages in each item of research work in patent. She is one of the compilers of“patent reexamination and invalidation practice”and published an article entitled as“Patent for R&D companies and the role of patent agencies in Intellectual Asset Management”ever before.
