On September 4, 2018, Korea Agency Association held a special lecture in Seoul, South Korea. Many IP experts were invited to give a special lecture.

More than 80 persons participated in this special lecture. Yingyan Li, the founder of Li & N IP was invited as a special guest to attend the lecture.

Yingyan Li gave a wonderful lecture on the theme of “Coping Skills of Patent Invalidation and Litigation for Chinese Intellectual Property”, and introduced Chinese patents in detail from the perspectives of Chinese patent status, invalidation environment and future litigation trends, etc, and gave a full explanation in combination with multiple cases, analyzed detailedly the coping skills of patent invalidation and litigation and their specific application in practice.

After the lecture, many attendees raised questions about Chinese patent environment and the invalidation and litigation, etc, Yingyan Li gave detailed and effective solutions to these problems through her professional technical knowledge and rich practical experience and obtained very high evaluation.
