In April 2018, Li & N IP was officially established in Beijing. At the company's founding ceremony, Yingyan Li, the founder, introduced the company's basic situation, business philosophy, and medium- and long-term visions. Subsequently, a unveiling ceremony was held.

In its early days, although Li & N IP started with a team of six, the average years of experience among the partners reached over 13 years, the average years of experience among the agents reached over 10 years, and the average years of experience among the process personnel reached over 11 years.
